The Timbers Inn is a recently remodeled property. Technically a motel, this Inn is moderately priced with newly remodeled rooms. Located in downtown Eugene, literally everything is walking distance. Great value if you don't need all the bells and whistles.

Timbers Inn is 1.3 miles from the University and slightly further to Matthew Knight Arena and Hayward Field. About 2 miles to Autzen Stadium. Located on 10th and Pearl in downtown Eugene, location is outstanding.

Timbers Inn while newly renovated is still technically a motel. so you will be forgoing some upscale amenities. You will however receive clean, modern rooms at a reasonable price. Free weekend breakfast, in-room fridge, microwave and Keurig machine.

Timbers Inn's location is it's best asset. Since renovation, the asthetic is much improved as well. Clean, comfortable and well run, if you can live without some of the luxuries of other hotels, Timbers Inn is a great choice for you.
